What you are subscribing to
01It runs in the browser. Your customer needs no app, and you need no point-of-sale system and no special hardware.
Subscription and payment
02You pay ahead for one, two or three months at a time, a month being 30 days. Each package has its own price: the first branch costs 100 SAR for one month, 200 SAR for two and 300 SAR for three, and each extra branch costs 50, 100 and 150 SAR.
A package is priced on the branches you have open when you choose it, and covers all of them. A branch beyond those you have paid for is paid for before it opens: its share of the extra branch's monthly price for the days you have left, rounded up to the whole riyal, and it runs to the same day as the rest. Closing a branch refunds nothing paid for it, and your next renewal is priced on the branches you keep. The package itself never changes — everything is in it, whatever your branch count.
Your first 14 days are free, and no charge covers them. A package's days are added after the last day you hold, your free days included — or from the day we confirm your transfer, if your days have already run out, so you never pay for a day the service was stopped.
A package never brings your days past 120, so it can be bought once the days you have left leave room for it: one month with 90 days or fewer left, two months with 60 or fewer, three months with 30 or fewer.
Payment is by bank transfer to one of Pointa's accounts shown on the «Your Pointa plan» page, by IBAN or to a mobile number. We take no online payments inside the platform and hold no card details of yours.
After transferring, report it from the same page with the transfer's reference or a note that identifies it, and its receipt if you wish. What you paid for is added once we have checked it against the account, and a report alone adds nothing — so renew before your last day.
Your cafe runs to the end of the last day you have paid for, Riyadh time. If your days run out with no payment confirmed, the service stops for your cafe by itself: no visits are registered, no orders are taken, and your console shows everything but saves nothing. Nothing is deleted — every card and every stamp your customers hold stays exactly where it is, and everything resumes the moment your transfer is confirmed.
Every payment we receive is recorded in your statement inside your cafe's console, and you can read it at any time.
A change to the published prices is for new registrations only: it never reaches your subscription, nor days you have paid for.
Stopping the subscription
03There is nothing to cancel. You pay ahead, so your subscription stops by itself when your paid days end and you have not renewed, and you owe nothing for the time after.
The days you have paid for stay yours until they end.
To start again, renew from the «Your Pointa plan» page whenever you like; your cafe runs again from the day we confirm your transfer.
Content and data
04Your cafe's name, logo, photos, menu and prices are yours and stay yours. We show them as you entered them, and delete them if you ask.
Your customers' data — name, phone number and visit history — is processed to run your cafe's loyalty program only, under the privacy policy. We do not sell it and do not use it to market anybody else.
Limits of the service
05We provide the service with reasonable effort and no guarantee of zero downtime. We fix faults as fast as we can and are not liable for indirect losses.
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet cards are subject to Apple's and Google's own terms and to what their platforms allow, which is outside our control. The web card, however, works in every case.
Pickup orders require your customer's location permission at confirmation. And registering a visit does not depend on location at all.
You remain responsible for your own obligations to your customers — tax invoicing, product safety, and any licence you need.
Changes to these terms
06We may change these terms. A change is published on this page with its date, and continuing to use the service after it means you accept it.
Governing law
07These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
